On Thursday, November 23, 2023, a monitoring meeting of the ECALFOR project by those responsible for Capacity Building projects of the European Union took place at ISAE Universidad (Panama City). The General Coordinator of ECALFOR, Oswaldo Lorenzo, also attended this meeting and had great participation from the authorities of ISAE University. The presidents of the meeting, the Rector, Vice-Rectors and the person responsible for organizing the meeting, Professor Ulina Mapp, attended.
