Package 1

1. Initial preparation for the coordination of the UGR:

  1. Communicate to all members of the consortium the organization and date of the initial meeting;
  2. Organize and manage the initial meeting in the country and city where it is going to take place (Spain, Melilla;
  3. Prepare the necessary documentation for the development of the meeting. It corresponds to "Deliverables / results / outcomes".

2. Face-to-face Plenary Meeting Year I: Face-to-face meeting will be held at the beginning of Year I of the project. It will be held in morning and afternoon sections on Friday and the morning section on Saturday, at the end of the Meeting of the Coordinating Commission. It will be made up of two representatives, the coordinator and another representative, from each partner institution. Issues related to the project development process, difficulties, limitations, achievements, necessary modifications, doubts, improvements in carrying it out, exchange of ideas, adaptation of tasks to each context will be discussed.

3. Analysis of training needs of university teachers of Education in Latin America and the Caribbean: It is about collecting, through a questionnaire, the possible training gaps that active teachers of primary and secondary education in Latin America and the Caribbean detect.

4. Analysis of competencies in graduates (non-university educational professionals from Latin America and the Caribbean): This is to carry out a comparative analysis of the competencies achieved throughout university training in active non-university educational professionals from Latin American and Caribbean partner countries . Data collection will be carried out throughout the three years of the Project.

5. Comparative evaluation of Quality Systems in Latin American and Caribbean institutions: The necessary harmonization of criteria and procedures and tools will be established to carry out the evaluation of the different quality systems of Latin American and Caribbean institutions.

6. Comparative evaluation of Latin American and European teacher training degrees: A comparative analysis will be carried out between the degrees and training models of compulsory education teachers and the same degrees in the program countries.

7. Identification and prioritization of needs and design of actions: The needs reports of each of the members of the consortium will be compiled and a list agreed with the needs detected will be drawn up. Additionally, the necessary actions and procedures will be designed.

Package 2

1. Adaptation of protocols for the creation and implementation of Quality Units, following the European protocols for the creation of quality units in HEIs, determined by ENQUA and operationalized by ACSUG (06/01 / 2021- 12/31/2021).

2. Face-to-face Plenary Meeting Year II: Face-to-face meeting will be held at the beginning of each year the project is carried out. It will be held in morning and afternoon sections on Friday and the morning section on Saturday, at the end of the Meeting of the Coordinating Commission. It will be made up of two representatives, the coordinator and another representative, from each partner institution. 3. Training design: Determination of core concepts in the training of compulsory education teachers (01/06 / 2021-31 / 12/2021).

4. Creation of training MOOCs: Editing of training video tutorials for the training of members about the implementation of quality units (01/01 / 2022-31 / 03/2022).

Package 3

1. Creation of a Quality Unit in the Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean and development of its functions.

2. Collection of information and writing of a report on the results obtained from the creation of Quality Units in the Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean.

3. Collection of information and writing of a report based on the SWOT analysis carried out on the creation of Quality Units in the Universities of Latin America and the Caribbean.

Package 4

1.Face-to-face Plenary Meeting Year III: Face-to-face meeting will be held at the beginning of each year the project is carried out. It will be held in morning and afternoon sections on Friday and the morning section on Saturday, at the end of the Meeting of the Coordinating Commission. It will be made up of two representatives, the coordinator and another representative, from each partner institution. Issues related to the project development process, difficulties, limitations, achievements, necessary modifications, doubts, improvements in carrying it out, exchange of ideas, adaptation of tasks to each context will be dealt with (03/02 / 2023-04 / 02 / 2023).

2. Monitoring and advising of the Quality Units: Consultation with the partners of the University of Latin America and the Caribbean on the creation of the Quality Units and the development of their functions, supervision of the process (follow-up), and continuous advice during it.

Package 5

1. Completion of final graduate studies, evaluation and adaptation to the context.

2. Dissemination.

3. Preparation of the SWOT Report of the project, analyze its strengths and limitations.

Package 6

1. Internal evaluation to be carried out by the Quality Commission in collaboration with the rest of the partners in the project.

2. Call for meetings in which information will be collected and the Quality Commission will coordinate.

3. External evaluation to be carried out by RIACES.

Package 7

1. Coordination of various tasks carried out during the project.

2. Face-to-face meeting Year I, II and III of the Coordination Commission ((02/04/2021; 02/03/2022; 02/02/2021). Face-to-face meetings of the Coordination Commission in each of the three years, which It will be held at the beginning of each year the project is carried out. It will be held on Thursday afternoon, the day before the plenary meeting. It will be composed of the coordinator of each partner institution. It will be focused on informing, by the UGR, the rest of the coordinators, on the tasks to be carried out within the project, the progress made since the last coordination meeting, remembering the previously acquired commitments, coordinating tasks to be carried out by each coordinator of the partner institutions; raising and discussing doubts, proposing suggestions for improvement , mark new tasks, form and date of their completion, agree on the next meeting (virtual), prepare the meeting minutes with the work plan to discuss in the Plenary Committee.

3. Virtual meeting Year I, II and III of the Coordination Commission (12/01/2021). Virtual meeting, will be held at the end of each year of the project. It will be focused on informing, by each coordinator of each of the UGR member institutions, on the tasks developed within the project, the progress made since the last coordination meeting, the difficulties, limitations during the work year, new needs , modifications, adaptations to the reality of each context, marking new commitments, tasks to be carried out by each coordinator of the partner institutions, form and date of its completion; raise and discuss doubts, propose suggestions for improvement, agree on the next meeting (face-to-face), prepare the minutes of the virtual meeting with the proposed work plan to discuss in the Plenary Committee.
