The Federico Henríquez y Carvajal University (UFHEC) opened the twenty-fourth international colloquium together with the Paris XII-Val de Marne University (UPEC) and its Education, Training, Development Network (REDFORD). A large number of academic members of the ECALFOR project attended this event at the Federico Henríquez y Carvajal University in the Dominican Republic.
