On behalf of the ECALFOR Consortium, congratulate Dr. Delva Batista Mendieta for her recent reelection as Executive Secretary of the Organization of the Andrés Bello Agreement for Educational, Scientific, Technological and Cultural Integration (CAB).

We are convinced that the renewal of the mandate of Dr. Batista comes from the excellent work carried out so far in the management of the CAB, which, without a doubt, will be continued in the coming years.
It is also good news for ECALFOR because of the guarantee it represents in the continuity of the CAB's participation in the project.
